Sales assistance

An AI sales assistant on every page

It answers buying questions from your own content, narrows the choice, and moves the visitor to the next step you already have.

Sales questions get answered where they are asked

Buying questions arrive on a product page, a pricing page or a comparison page. The visitor wants to know which option suits them, what separates two similar items, and whether it fits their situation. Blengi answers there, inside the page.

It is trained only on your own content: your website and sitemap, PDFs, Word files, Google Docs, Notion pages, pasted text and SQL databases. Sources are re-crawled automatically, so the answers follow your content. You can also re-index a source on demand when a change has to land now. When your content does not cover something, the assistant says so.

What it does on a sales page

Narrow the choice to a product

It asks qualifying follow-up questions before it names anything. Size, use, budget, context, whatever your own content actually distinguishes on. The recommendation comes from your catalogue as you have written it, not from the open internet.

Compare plans and options

Your plan and feature detail lives in pages the assistant has read, so it can set two options side by side and explain the difference. It answers in the visitor's language automatically. For wording that has to be exact, pin a curated answer and that is what gets repeated.

Put the next step where people hesitate

Run it as a floating bubble, a side panel, or an inline block placed inside the page itself. Suggested starter questions give the visitor an opening that matches the page they are on, so the conversation begins on the thing in front of them.

What it does not do

Being clear about the boundary is part of the design.

  • It does not take payment. There is no checkout inside the chat.
  • It does not manage a cart or change an existing order.
  • It does not know live stock, live availability or the status of an order. It repeats what your page says, and a question about a specific order or about live availability goes to a person.
  • It does not answer from the open internet. It answers from your material, and it says when it does not know.
  • It moves people to the step you already have: the product page, the plan page, an enquiry, a person, or a call booked through Calendly.

Common questions

Does it close the sale itself? No. It answers, qualifies and narrows the choice, then hands the visitor to your existing next step. Payment and cart stay with your shop or your sales team.
What happens when someone wants a person? It captures contact details, asks follow-up questions to qualify, and hands over with the full conversation attached. A shared inbox lets a colleague take over a live conversation, and a call can be booked through Calendly.
How do we fix an answer we do not like?Questions it could not answer surface as content gaps for you to read. You fix the underlying page yourself, or pin a curated answer for wording that has to be exact. Sources are re-crawled automatically, and you can re-index that source on demand when the change has to land now.
