For ecommerce

AI employees for ecommerce

An AI chatbot for your shop that answers sizing, delivery and returns questions from your own product and policy pages.

Most shopping questions are already answered on your site

The answer to "does this run small", "how long does delivery take" and "can I send it back" is usually somewhere on your shop already. It sits on a size guide, a delivery page, a returns policy. Shoppers do not always find it, and some leave instead of asking.

Blengi is an AI assistant trained only on your own content, not the open internet. It reads your website and sitemap, and you can add PDFs, Word files, Google Docs, Notion pages, pasted text and SQL databases. It answers from that material and says when it does not know. stappsokken.nl runs it on a live shop.

Sources are re-crawled automatically, so the answers follow your content. When a change has to land sooner, you can re-index a source on demand. Content is hosted in the EU, the setup is GDPR-aligned, each workspace is kept separate, and your content is never used to train models for other customers.

What it answers on a shop

Sizing and fit

Answers from your size guide and your product descriptions. Where a page does not cover it, it says it does not know.

Product detail

Answers from what your product pages say: materials, care, specifications. It can also read a SQL database you connect as a source.

Shipping and returns

Answers from your delivery page and your returns policy: countries, methods and conditions as you have written them. For wording that has to be exact, pin a curated answer.

Orders and live availability

Blengi reads indexed page content, so it repeats what the page says. A question about one shopper's order, or about what is in stock right now, goes to a person with the conversation attached.

Fits the shop you already have

  • A plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce, or one script tag on any other platform.
  • Installation through Google Tag Manager if that is how your site is managed.
  • A floating bubble, a side panel, or an inline block placed inside the page.
  • Suggested starter questions per page, so a product page can offer questions about that product.
  • Per-page and per-path rules, so one agent can work on product pages and another only in the help section.
  • Answers in the visitor's language automatically.

Questions shop owners ask

Can it tell a shopper what is in stock? It answers from indexed page content, so it repeats what your product page says. It does not read live stock levels or order status unless you connect a SQL database as a knowledge source. Anything about a specific order is handed to a person.
Will it make up an answer about delivery or returns? It answers from the content you give it, and says when it does not know. Questions it could not answer are collected as content gaps, so you can correct the underlying page yourself.
Does it work with WooCommerce?Yes. There is a plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce. On any other platform, one script tag is enough, and Google Tag Manager works too.
What happens when a shopper wants a person? It captures contact details and asks qualifying follow-up questions, then hands over with the full conversation attached. A shared inbox lets a colleague take over the live chat, and a call can be booked through Calendly.
