One AI employee, three jobs

Blengi trains one assistant on your own content, then puts it to work answering questions, qualifying leads and helping people choose.

Same assistant, different jobs

These jobs are not separate products. They are one assistant that knows your business and responds to what each visitor asks for.

Blengi is an AI assistant for your website. It is trained only on your own content: your website and sitemap, PDFs, Word files, Google Docs, Notion pages, pasted text and SQL databases. It answers from that material, and it says so when it does not know.

The same trained assistant covers each job. A visitor on a delivery page gets an answer taken from what that page says. A visitor weighing up options gets follow-up questions and a recommendation drawn from your own pages. A visitor who wants a person gets a handover with the full conversation in front of whoever picks it up, or a call booked through Calendly. It runs live on stappsokken.nl today.

Ways it is set up

The jobs it does, and the shapes it is commonly bought in.

AI customer support

Answers repeat questions from your own pages, and admits when the answer is not there.

AI lead generation

Captures contact details and asks qualifying follow-up questions inside the chat.

AI sales assistant

Helps visitors choose, using your product and pricing pages as the only source.

For ecommerce

Product, delivery and returns questions answered from your shop pages, with a WordPress and WooCommerce plugin. Anything about a specific order goes to a person.

For agencies

White-label workspaces under your own brand, with a separate knowledge base for each client. Fixed monthly pricing with no per-seat fees, which you can resell.

What stays the same whichever job it does

  • Trained only on your own content. Sources are re-crawled automatically on a schedule, so the answers follow your pages, and a source can be re-indexed on demand when a change must land now.
  • Installed with one script tag on any platform, through Google Tag Manager, or with the WordPress and WooCommerce plugin.
  • Shown as a floating bubble, a side panel or an inline block in the page, with per-page and per-path rules for where each agent appears.
  • Answers in the visitor's language automatically, with suggested starter questions per page.
  • Curated answers you pin word for word, for the questions that must be answered exactly.
  • A shared inbox, so a person can take over a live conversation at any point.
  • Questions it could not answer surface as content gaps, so you fix the underlying page once.
  • EU hosting, GDPR-aligned, and one isolated workspace per customer. Your content is never used to train models for other customers.

Common questions

Do I need a separate assistant for each jobNo. One agent is trained on your content and covers them all. You decide how it behaves and on which pages it appears.
Can it answer questions about stock or a specific orderIt reads the pages you connect, so it repeats what a page says. It does not see live stock levels or order status unless you connect a SQL database as a source. A question about a specific order, or about what is available right now, is handed to a person.
What happens when it does not knowIt says so instead of guessing, and the question is logged as a content gap for someone on your side to answer in the source material. A person can also step into the conversation from the shared inbox, with the full history in front of them.
Where should I startStart with the job that costs your team the most time today. Ecommerce and agencies are common shapes, but the underlying product is the same one.
