Customer support

AI customer support that actually knows your business

Blengi answers your customers from your own website, documents and data. It says when it does not know, and passes the conversation to a person with the full history.

Trained on your content, not the open internet

Support questions usually have an answer somewhere in your business already. The trouble is where it sits: inside a PDF, in a document only your team knows about. Blengi reads those sources and answers from them. Your website and sitemap, PDFs, Word files, Google Docs, Notion pages, pasted text and SQL databases all feed the same knowledge base. Sources are re-crawled automatically on a schedule, so the answers follow your content, and you can re-index a source on demand when a change has to land now.

The assistant answers only from that material. It replies in the visitor's language automatically, so a Dutch customer gets a Dutch answer without your team writing one. Where the wording has to be exact, such as a returns window or a warranty rule, you pin a curated answer and it is given word for word.

What it does in a support conversation

Answers from your own material

Every reply is grounded in the sources you have connected. Nothing is drawn from the open internet.

Says when it does not know

If your content does not cover the question, it is built to say so and offer the visitor a person instead.

Hands over with context

The visitor can reach a person. The conversation goes across with its full history, so nobody has to start again.

Captures the details you need

It collects contact details, asks qualifying follow-up questions, and can book a call through Calendly.

The questions it cannot answer become a short to-do list

Unanswered questions are recorded as content gaps. The list tells your team what your content is still missing.

  • Every question the assistant could not answer is surfaced as a content gap.
  • A person on your team fixes the underlying page or writes the missing detail.
  • Sources are re-crawled automatically; re-index one on demand when the change has to be there sooner.
  • If there is no page to fix, add the detail as a document, a pasted note or a pinned answer.
  • Suggested starter questions per page show visitors what that page can answer.

Questions a support lead usually asks

What happens when the assistant cannot answer? It tells the visitor that it does not know, rather than answering from outside your content. From there it can pass the visitor to a person, take their contact details, or book a call through Calendly. The question is also logged as a content gap, so your team can add what is missing.
Can it tell a customer if something is in stock, or where their order is?It answers from the content it has indexed, so it repeats what a page says. It is not a live view of your warehouse or your order system. Anything about a specific order, or about what is on the shelf right now, goes to a person, unless that data is connected as a SQL source.
Can my team take over a live chat?Yes. A shared inbox shows conversations as they happen, and anyone on your team can step in and reply. The handover carries the full conversation, so the customer does not have to explain the problem again.
Where is our data held, and is it used to train models?Hosting is in the EU and the setup is GDPR-aligned. Your content is never used to train models for other customers, and each workspace is isolated from every other.

Put it in front of your own content

One script tag installs it on any platform, with a plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce and an option for Google Tag Manager. The widget can be a floating bubble, a side panel, or an inline block in the page, and you choose which pages and paths it appears on.
