Deliver AI employees to every client

Run every client's AI website assistant from one platform, under your own brand, with a separate knowledge base for each account.

One platform, one workspace per client

Blengi is built as a set of workspaces, and each client gets their own. A workspace holds that client's knowledge base, its agents, its conversations and its leads. Nothing crosses between them. Each workspace is isolated from every other, so one client's content never reaches another client's assistant.

You work above those workspaces. Add an account, connect the client's website and sitemap, and the assistant answers from that client's own content rather than the open internet. Sources are re-crawled automatically, so the answers follow the client's content. When something has to land sooner, a source can be re-indexed on demand.

What each client account gives you

Your brand on the front

Workspaces are white-label. The assistant appears under your agency's brand.

A knowledge base per client

Website and sitemap, PDFs, Word files, Google Docs, Notion pages, pasted text and SQL databases. Each client's sources stay in that client's workspace.

Install on whatever they run

One script tag works on any platform. There is a plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce, and it can also be installed through Google Tag Manager.

Shapes it can take on the page

The widget can be a floating bubble, a side panel, or an inline block placed directly in the page. Per-page and per-path rules decide where each agent appears.

Fixed monthly pricing you can resell

  • Pricing is a fixed monthly fee. There are no per-seat charges, so adding another person to a workspace does not change the bill.
  • Current pricing is shown on the pricing page.
  • Because the cost per client is fixed, you know your margin before you quote.
  • Content is hosted in the EU and handled in line with GDPR.
  • Customer content is never used to train models for other customers.

Questions from agencies

Can the assistant carry our branding instead of yours?Yes. Workspaces are white-label, so each client's assistant runs under your agency's brand.
Do our clients share one knowledge base? No. Each client has a separate knowledge base inside its own workspace, and workspaces are isolated from each other. An agent answers only from the content in its own workspace, and says so when it does not know.
Can it answer questions about stock or a specific order? It answers from the pages and files connected to that client's workspace, so it repeats what the page says. It has no view of live availability or of an order unless a SQL source is connected. Anything about a specific order goes to a person, with the full conversation attached.
What happens when a visitor asks something the assistant cannot answer? It says it does not know, and the question is recorded as a content gap. Someone on your team then fixes the page or adds the missing answer, so the next visitor gets one. If the visitor wants a person, the assistant captures contact details, hands over with the full conversation, or books a call through Calendly. A shared inbox lets someone take over a live chat.
