It reads your shop, not the internet

Blengi indexes the pages a customer would read: product pages, category pages, and the policy pages in your footer covering shipping, delivery, returns and sizing. You can point it at your sitemap, or at a single URL and let it follow links from there.

Detail that never made it onto a product page can still be used. Add PDFs, Word files, Google Docs, Notion pages, pasted text or a SQL database as extra sources. Sources are re-crawled automatically on a schedule, so the answers follow your content. When a change has to land sooner, re-index that source on demand.

It answers only from that material. When your pages do not cover something, it says so, and it replies in the visitor's language automatically.

Answered from the size guide and product copy you already publish, including a guide that lives in a PDF rather than on the page.

Stock and availability

The assistant repeats what your page says. It has no view of your inventory, so a question about live availability, or about a specific order, goes to a person.

Shipping and delivery

Regions, costs and conditions taken from your shipping page, so the answer is the one you published.

Returns and exchanges

For rules that have to be stated exactly, pin a curated answer. The visitor then gets your wording rather than a paraphrase of it.

Per-page starter questions

Each product page can suggest its own opening questions, so a visitor who has not typed anything still has somewhere to start.

What it does not do

The assistant answers questions about your shop. It does not run the shop, and it does not claim to.

  • It does not process payments.
  • It does not add to, edit or empty the cart.
  • It has no access to order records, so it cannot give an order status or a tracking number.
  • It does not read live stock levels, or anything else inside your shop database, unless you connect one as a SQL source.
  • It does not answer from the open internet. When your material does not cover a question, it says so.

Common questions

Can it help a customer with an order they have already placed?Not directly. It captures the contact details, then hands the conversation to a person with the full thread attached, so nobody has to ask the customer to repeat themselves. A shared inbox lets your team take over while the visitor is still on the page, and the assistant can book a call through Calendly.
How do I install it on a WooCommerce store?Install the WordPress and WooCommerce plugin, add a single script tag, or deploy it through Google Tag Manager. Show it as a floating bubble, a side panel, or an inline block inside the page, and use per-page and per-path rules to control where it appears.
What happens to questions it could not answer?They surface as content gaps: a list of what people asked that your material did not cover. You then fix the page or add the missing source yourself. After the next re-crawl, or a re-index on demand, the answer comes from your own content.
